The terms that govern your use of MBC Workshop services and products.
Deposits
MBC requires a 20% deposit within 48 hours of signing/submitting an order approval. Deposits are emplaced to protect MBC staff and avoid unrecognized commitments. MBC will not move any order to production until the deposit is satisfied. Late deposit payments may be raised to 40% and delay your productions. Failure to submit a deposit within a month (30 Days) following the submission of your order approval will terminate your order.
Payments
Payments are due upon completion of the described works detailed within your order approval. Payments are to be made to Miniature Base Coating, Canary Jones Holdings, LLP. Late payments may arise from overdue payments. Debits are due within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your production completion.
Standardized Pricing
The MBC standardized pricing model is an average expected cost of producing specific products and services. MBC's standardized prices are never ensured, and may change depending on the complexity of your project. Standardized pricing is created only to ensure the consumers receive a fair and consistent quote for your products and services.
Ordering Miniatures Through Us
MBC's Direct Model Order ensures that MBC can purchase miniatures required to complete your projects. Miniatures are subject to availability and may or may not be purchased from different vendors in the event of unavailability.
Repairing Miniatures
MBC's experienced staff, and well-equipped workshop allows for complicated miniature repair work. MBC cannot at all times guarantee that they will be able complete the repairs submitted by the customer. In the event where a miniature is submitted with repairs beyond MBC's capabilities, MBC will not charge the customer for labor, however it will still require shipping/processing payments to return your miniatures.
Quotations and Inquiries
Quotations are available for 48 hours following its delivery. Receiving a quotation is not considered an obligation to purchase a product or service, nor is it considered an approval to produce an order. Quotations are subject to change when extensive changes have been made.
Receiving Miniatures Absent of Critical Parts
In the event where MBC has received miniatures from the customer which has been damaged through shipment, is devoid of critical parts, or is not what was declared to be sent, MBC will first send a notification to the customer regarding the nature of the event. MBC will file the correct statements regarding the dispute. A deliberation to remedy the solution should be resolved through client company contacts. MBC will not be liable at any time for receiving miniature with incomplete characteristics described in your order approval.
Customer Privacy
MBC may use your produced products and services within its advertising, medias, and marketing engagements. MBC wants to make sure that gamers from all over are exposed to new ideas and fantastic pieces. MBC will never share your information, data, or personal information for any reason. All electronic collections will be logged and maintained soley through MBC & Canary Jones Holdings, LLP.
Customer Satisfaction
MBC provides multiple venues to remain in contact with its customer during the production of their products and services. MBC encourages customers to remain involved in their project, and will deliver updates in the preferred method of the customer at key turning-points in the production phase. MBC will work to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. The customer agrees that in the event of a claim, whether alleged or actual arising from engagement with MBC, indirectly or directly, that they will cooperate with the MBC resolution center to resolve the claim, and complete the works described within an order approval.
Paint Stripping
MBC's experienced staff, and well-equipped workshop allows for complicated miniature paint stripping. MBC cannot at all times guarantee that they will be able complete the paint stirps submitted by the customer. In the event where a miniature is submitted with paint strips beyond MBC's capabilities, MBC will not charge the customer for labor, however it will still require shipping/processing payments to return your miniatures.
Custom Works
All works produced, fabricated, envisioned, designed, or otherwise created by MBC for the intentions of being used as products and services will remain under the custodial authority of Canary Jones Holdings, LLP, Miniature Base Coating Service Trademark. MBC will not reproduce artworks beyond custom production.
Decal and Graphics Artistry
Your order approval may involve the production of digital works, and graphic art. These works will remain under the custodial authority of MBC unless outlined within the customer's order approval. MBC will never reproduce copyrighted or trademarked imagery.

MBC's experienced staff have been trained to utilize consistent techniques when producing your order. MBC may use a variety of methods to complete the described works of your order approval.
Order Approval Contract
MBC's order approval contract will detail every aspect of your order. This document serves as a written agreement of the terms for producing your order. MBC will dedicate itself to fulfilling the obligations outlined in the order approval and anticipates a reciprocal commitment from its obligor. The submission of a signed order approval constitutes consent to commence the production of your products and services.
Shipping, Handling, and Processing
MBC reserves the right to charge processing fees for larger orders. Additionally, MBC may impose extra charges for boxes returned damaged. The shipping terms of MBC are always detailed within the customer's order approval.
Resolving Dissatisfaction
MBC and you acknowledge that these Terms impact interstate commerce and are therefore governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, which oversees the interpretation and enforcement of arbitration provisions. Should a dispute, claim, or controversy arise from interactions with MBC or its staff, MBC is required to issue a written notice detailing the nature of the dispute and confirming the objector's address, name, and contact information. If a dispute emerges through MBC's intervention, you must provide a written account of the dispute to MBC Workshop. Provided MBC Workshop has your contact details, it will notify you of your claim via US mail services or email, ensuring both parties have documented the events. MBC aims to resolve any disputes, claims, or controversies through informal negotiation within 30 days from when MBC sent the notice to the customer. Both MBC and you are committed to using reasonable, good faith efforts to settle any disputes through consultation and negotiations. Despite the above, Novates Business Engine may explore other alternatives outlined in these terms if the client has pursued third-party or legal avenues. The customer has the right to withhold 10% of the outstanding balance when a claim is recognized by MBC until the issue is resolved.
Discrimination
MBC strictly prohibits discrimination in its practices and will not refuse or deny service to anyone based on race, creed, color, origin, ancestry, nationality, marital status, political affiliation, union status, sex, pregnancy, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Limit of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBC, Canary Jones Holdings, LLP, or its subsidiaries/service trademarks, shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, lost profits, costs of substitute goods or services, fees incurred, service delays, cessation of work, lost production, computer or technological failures, illegal or unethical consequences, technological malfunctions, or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from any claims of performance failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in service, operation, or transmission, theft or destruction of property, unauthorized access, or alterations, among other factors. By interacting with MBC, its staff, or Canary Jones Holdings, LLP and its staff, you accept this limitation of liability, regardless of whether these liabilities are attributed to breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or any other cause of action, even if MBC and its parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. By agreeing to these terms, the customer acknowledges that MBC or its parties will not be liable for any actual or alleged defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of third parties, or for any of the above terms.
Indemnification
MBC will not recognize post-delivery damage to products. Insurance is available for all products up to a maximum of $50.00. By agreeing to these terms, you commit to indemnify, defend (at our discretion), and hold harmless MBC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, distributors, representatives, authorized contractors, third-party service providers, suppliers, successors, and assigns, including their executives, directors, and employees, against all expenses, liabilities, damages, costs, liens, penalties, and losses, including attorney fees, arising from any claims, demands, counterclaims, actions, lawsuit settlements, and judgments, irrespective of their merit. This includes those that are threatened or actual, fixed or contingent, known or unknown, and those arising from or related to any breach of these terms. MBC and its affiliates reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense and control of any matter you are required to indemnify, at their own expense. In such cases, you agree to cooperate with the MBC resolution team in asserting any available defenses.
Service Delays
Substantial or critical changes to your order will not be permitted once authorization has been granted. Failure to approve the specified work, which requires approval as outlined in your order, may result in publishing delays. Extensive additions or further approvals after the initiation of an already approved order may necessitate extended deadlines. Not acknowledging authorizations as described in your order may hinder productivity. Ignoring the MBC Deposit policy after authorizing an approved order will delay your project and may result in additional fees. Failure to provide a deposit within 48 hours of signing and receiving acknowledgment will lead to extra surcharges, fees, or possible order cancellation. MBC is committed to working with customers to complete all projects in a timely manner.
Termination of Products and Services
Premature termination of products and services after the signature and/or submission of an accepted order approval contract is not permissible. Terminating products and services according to these terms will obligate the signer to complete the approved products/services separately from a service termination. Debits due after the authorizing signature are considered non-negotiable terms and cannot be altered. MBC reserves the right to seek resolution through MBC's Resolution Center, requiring customer compliance before terminating approved services. MBC services are deemed non-negotiable after signing an Order Approval Form. Failure to complete deposit payments by the due dates may lead MBC to prematurely end your services and retain a mandatory 85% of the outstanding debits. MBC will exercise reasonable judgment and notify the client of MBC's intention to terminate services before actual termination. Should MBC enforce termination, the client may incur termination fees and be liable for the remaining balance of the initially authorized order approval.
MBC Workshop Third Party Products
MBC Workshop occasionally utilizes materials, products, supplies, services, and support from companies not affiliated with MBC Workshop. These third-party providers are essential in delivering the highest quality services. The materials used may include third-party paints, adhesives, decal sheets, graphic design services, and basing materials, among others. The availability of these supplies may affect the execution of specific custom works at MBC Workshop.
MBC Affiliations
The common law trademarks such as 'MBC Workshop, Miniature Base Coating, Ready Bases, Battleboards, and MBC Battlescapes' belong to MBC Workshop, a division of Canary Jones Holdings, LLP. All rights are reserved. Trademarks on this site not owned by MBC Workshop are the property of their respective owners, who may not endorse or be directly affiliated with MBC Workshop or its promotions.
